I am considering buying a 100 year old home for a good price. My home inspector said the foundation sill plate has some dry rot and I might want to replace it. How much will this cost? Who do I call? Also, the inspector said 1 of the 3 main support beams in the crawlspace needs to be replaced. How much and who do I call. THANKS! I need to make an educated guess and fast so I can put a bid in on this house.
