My new house is awaiting grading. The foundation has been wrapped externally with a 'Delta' membrane, and there is a small amount of black waterproofing painted above the delta membrane. If I want to place patio stones against the concrete wall, or sod up to the concrete wall, should the 'Delta' membrane or waterproofing paint extend above any such materials?
