My house is built with a reinforced concrete structure and concrete block walls. The walls are plastered inside and out. I have a patio that butts up against one wall of my living room, at about 18" above the level of the living room floor. I am having a moisture problem along that living room and suspect a problem from the patio. What can I do to keep the water out?
