We have a front yard that slopes toward our house, and we cut down a large tree at one end of the yard last summer. Now, the earth is shifting and bending one end of the house (a couple of inches in just six months) toward the downhill backyard.
I know we'll have to excavate the front yard. Will we have to plant another tree, and can the deformation in our house be repaired (foundation returned to original position)?
Thanks.
