View Full Version : Sealing incoming pipes through foundation

I have two 1 1/2 inch diameter pipes entering my basement at the lowest point of the foundation, about 7 feet below grade.
These were installed as part of a ground source heat pump system.
Recent rains have shown water coming in through the holes drilled for these pipes. It would appear the seal on the outside is failing.
What is the best method of sealing these pipes from the outside? I have planned to dig already.

Actually these drilled out holes can be sucessfully injected by poly-urethane grout from the inside.
