I have a sunk in living room, which a fireplace was removed. There is a seeage of clear odorless water coming in near the area that the fireplace was after a rain. I have tried to clean up around the grounds with drainage rocks and dirt. I have checked the inside of the roof there is no leakage. I have clean the glutters around the house. I will try the water hose on the downpours, as soon as it stop raining. I would like to know who should I contact to repair this damage?, should I tried a trench, if so, who does that. Should I tried putting drainage rocks all around the property? Please give me some suggestions before calling a professional and if I need a professional what are the price ranges for fixing my seeage water problem. I would appreciate any help thanks Vrgriot
