i'm retrofitting my blk wall bsmnt to relieve water pressure at base of wall. i've removed a ft of the floor in order to drill weep holes under flr level, and install a perimeter drain. at what point in the block should i drill the holes, to be ideal for them to drain properly, and is it necessary to connect them to the perimeter drain by means of tubing or whatever?
