Basement window wells

Water seems to be entering window wells from the outside (ground water, I guess). The water level in the window well rises, and eventually enters the basement.

We have placed drains in the window wells, connected to a large dry well, but this does not seem to be preventing the problem.

Any suggestions?

Saturated ground conditions will inhibit the proper draining of window wells and drywells. Alternate drainage opportunities exist depending on your particular situation (daylight, waist system,sump pump etc.) that will facilitate the draining of the well. A proffesional waterproofing company (such as us) will have a guaranteeable solution.
