structural wall repair or replace

I have a basement structural wall that needs repair or replacement. I suspect the damage is due to water and age of the home. Would a waterproofing company be able to replace the wall if necessary or should I be concentrating on getting bids through construction companies?

To replace or repair is based on several factors. Is foundaton caving in,is it bowed in two or three inches or is it turnig to sand. Will money spent restore the value of home. Some waterproofing contractors do complete rebuilds or can direct you to acompany that can. Be sure to study all options.
