crawl space moisture

Purchased home 6/2004 in Beesleys Point NJ, moisture problem in crawl space, very bad grade problem, front of house siding within 1 inch of ground level, no air through front crawl space vents due to the flower beds and entire grade of front lawn, considering concrete or neurocrete solutions, very active termite location, no termite damage yet, will have termite treatement this summer any concerns with waterproofing after termite treatment, any comments ???

It sounds as if the house is too low. If you can not ventilate you may consider a vapor barrier under the home. This is assuming their is room enough to complete the task.
